		<description>Sadly, the wings come from a bag, frozen. I just deep-fry &#039;em in 375° vegetable oil for 3 minutes. They were delicious anyway (so much crispier than with an oven). But I made my own mustard dipping sauce... Pics were taken for tomorrow&#039;s post. :P

Re: steaks: Ugh, I know! Sucks, huh? These were a little leaner and thinner than what I&#039;m used to. Re: cottage cheese: I think it goes brilliantly with steak. And when the creamy whey mixes with the steak juices and you mop it up with the biscuit? Mmm!</description>
